North Las Vegas Justice Court
The North Las Vegas Justice Court is located at 2428 N. Martin L. King Blvd, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89032, right at the corner of Marin Luther King Blvd and Carey Ave. There is plenty of free parking right in the front of the Court building. Every person entering the Justice Court has to walk through metal detectors an is subject to being searched.
North Las Vegas Justice Court services are available Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 5:45 pm. Every person must obtain a customer service ticket number upon entering the service area or stand in line. Las Vegas Justice Court Warrants
A warrant is an official legal document issued by a government entity such as the North Las Vegas Justice Court, that allows law enforcement to make an arrest. Warrants are usually issued by not complying with the NLVJC such as paying a ticket or not going to a required court date. Arrests for warrants are very unpleasant since the process of booking into the jail, paying for bail and being processed out of jail could take up to 72 hours or more.
How to resolve Criminal Warrants
Criminal warrants can only be resolved through an attorney, in person at the court or immediately through a bail bond

A Bail Bond is the fastest and most convenient way to immediately resolve a warrant by calling 702-462-9200.
Through an Attorney
Contact an Attorney to handle the warrant. If you are represented by a private attorney contact them to take care of the warrant. If you are represented by the Clark County Public Defenders Office call 702-455-4685 for assistance. If you are represented by an attorney only the attorney can submit a Motion to the North Las Vegas Justice Court to quash a warrant.
In person at the Court
If you are not represented by an attorney a new court date through a Motion to Place on calendar can be scheduled in person. Just go to the North Las Vegas Justice Court Clerks Office on the first floor, during Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 5:45 pm business hours, show your ID and fill out the Motion for a new court date. You will receive a new court date in a few days. Your warrant will be in effect until you go to your new court date and the judge recalls the warrant.
