Las Vegas Jail Release Process and Times

Clark County Jail Las Vegas Release Process and Times
CCDC Jail Las Vegas Release Process and Times

The four jails in the Las Vegas area each have a different release process and times when detainees are set free. If you have a friend or family member in jail in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Clark County, or Henderson, there are only two ways for them to get out of jail now:

  1.  The most expensive way out of jail is to pay the full amount of the cash bail. This amount is determined by the courts and can be in the thousands or even tens-of-thousands of dollars. That is why most people choose the second option.
  2. The cheapest way out of jail is to pay only (15%) of the bail as set by the jail. The best part is that we at eBAIL Cheap Bail Bonds make this process fast and easy.  We make bail affordable through LITTLE MONEY DOWN and EASY PAYMENTS on the state law required a (15%) fee. Call now 702-462-9200 to inquire more about the bail bond process.

Once bail has been posted the following release times apply:

  • Las Vegas Detention Center release time average is 6-16 hours.
  • North Las Vegas Detention Center release time average is between 6-24 hours pending on when bail is posted. This jail only processes NLV bail between 6pm-8pm.
